Digital Image License (Revised to "Personal Use License")

Personal Use License for Digital Images

This license applies to all digital images downloaded from a Musician's ARTographer gallery, whether purchased or provided complimentary. This agreement is between Wehmeyer-Consulting, LLC, dba Musician's ARTographer ("the Photographer") and the individual downloading the image files ("the User").

1. Grant of License: The Photographer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the downloaded digital images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Personal Uses:

   • Printing an unlimited number of copies for personal display and gifts.

   • Sharing on personal social media, websites, and blogs.

   • Using as personal device wallpapers or screensavers.

3. Commercial Use is Prohibited: This license strictly prohibits any commercial use of the images. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: use in advertising, marketing, or promotion of any business, brand, or service; resale of the images in any form; or submitting the images to any contest or publication. A separate commercial license must be negotiated and contracted with the Photographer for any such use.

4. Editing: Please refrain from applying filters or performing edits that alter the original artistic intent of the photograph.

5. Copyright: James Wehmeyer of Musician's ARTographer remains the sole copyright holder of the images. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership.
