Terms of Service for Musician's ARTographer Client Galleries

Welcome to your client gallery, provided by Wehmeyer-Consulting, LLC, dba Musician's ARTographer ("the Photographer"). By accessing this gallery, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Gallery: This gallery is provided as a convenient platform for viewing, downloading, and sharing the photographic memories from your event. For certain commissioned projects, images may be presented as watermarked proofs for selection purposes only.

2. Copyright and Ownership: All images are the intellectual property of James Wehmeyer and Musician's ARTographer. All rights are reserved.

3. Personal Use and Downloads: For non-commissioned community events (such as Cedar Ridge High School Marching Band events), clients, students, and their families are granted permission to download images from this gallery for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Social Media Sharing: You are welcome and encouraged to share your downloaded images on personal social media accounts and websites. Professional credit to "Musician's ARTographer" is always appreciated but not required.

5. Gallery Availability: Galleries for community events will remain available for an extended period. Commissioned project galleries will be available for a period specified in the client contract.
